With Jackoboard® Flexo you can design individual shapes according to your own personal specifications. Slightly rounded elements can easily be created to achieve exactly the right design expression.
Jackoboard® Flexo is manufactured with slots for easy bending. The board is slotted in or across the longitudinal direction. It is installed with the slotted side down and glued. For extra stability, the plate can be fixed at points with coarse screws.
Whatever you choose, you are guaranteed a moisture-proof and professional result with Jackoboard®.
30 mm can be bent to an outer diameter of 480 mm.
50 mm can be bent to an outer diameter of 850 mm.
JACKOBOARD® PLANO
Used as a underlay for tiles. The panels are installed directly on masonry, concrete or wooden walls. Can also be used for installation of bathtubs and washbasins, or for the construction of floors, niches, enclosures and shelves. The panels have a Jackodur® (XPS) core with glass fibre reinforced special mortar on both sides. Formats (thickness x width x length mm): 6x600x1250, 10x600x2500, 12x600x2500, 20x600x2500, 30x600x2500, 40x600x2500, 50x600x2500, 50x900x2600, 60x600x2600 and 80x600x2500.
JACKOBOARD® CANTO
Used for cladding pipes and technical installations. Standard external dimensions are 20x150 + 150/200 + 200/300 + 300/300 + 300/400 + 200/400 + 300x2500 mm.
