Heavy façade solution

Façade options of the building made of sandwich panels are now limitless as BEWI has developed a mounting solution for heavyweight façade materials.

      Conventional mounting of the facade using standard profiles limits the weight of the material and the distance between the panels and ventilated facade. Rather than mounting the profile to the external sheeting, our BalPol facade profile screwed to the construction beams of the building. It allows increasing the weight per square meter of the façade material by 4-5 times as well as the distance between the wall and the façade. The solution consists of wall panels with hidden fastening, filled with PIR foam, and a special mounting profile. BalPol pays special attention to product quality, therefore multi-layer panels are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality standards, quality control is performed according to EN 14509, and panels are tested in modern European fire research institutes. Additionally, we offer to our customers galvanized or stainless steel screws for mounting panels to metal, wood or concrete constructions, as well as decorative flashings according to the client’s chosen colour.

      Sealing

      Flashing
