BEWI has been awarded Supplier of the Year 2025 by the Danish building materials retailer STARK.

The recognition highlights BEWI’s strong collaboration with customers and the value of its recycled and CO₂-reducing GreenLine insulation products.

STARK has been a valued partner for many years and an important ambassador for BEWI’s recycled insulation solutions. The award acknowledges the company’s delivery performance, technical support, and its commitment to developing solutions that contribute to a circular economy.

“We are proud to receive this recognition. It shows the value our GreenLine products bring to customers, combining proven performance with a reduced CO₂ footprint. It also reflects the commitment of our teams to deliver solutions that help customers achieve their strategic goals,” says Jesper Vind Andreassen, Managing Director of BEWI Insulation Denmark.

The jury highlighted: “BEWI has taken the lead in sustainability with their GreenLine products, developed from used fish boxes. The result is insulation made from 100 per cent recycled materials, cutting the CO₂ footprint by 55 per cent – and a proven success in STARK’s product range for years.”

GreenLine is part of BEWI’s broader efforts to increase circularity. The company collects and recycles EPS (expanded polystyrene), with an annual run rate of 40 000 tonnes. This enables the development of new products made with recycled materials and a lower carbon footprint, such as GreenLine. These solutions support emission reduction targets in the building and construction industry and help customers reach their strategic goals.
