EPS

EPS, expanded polystyrene, is inflated polystyrene beads moulded together under heat and pressure. EPS is 98 per cent air, which gives it superb thermal insulation properties against heat, cold and moisture.

EPS is often used for food boxes, as it keeps food fresh even during long transport. It also has first-rate compressive strength, rigidity and durability, which protects products packed in EPS packaging against shocks and impact.

EPS is 100% recyclable and can be reused as raw material for new EPS in a closed loop that saves resources and lowers CO2 emissions.

EPP

Expanded polypropylene, EPP, is a closed-cell thermoplastic foam with excellent energy absorption, high resilience and good thermal insulation properties.

EPP is used for a number of applications in the automotive industry and in custom made packaging for technical components since it can be moulded to fit the components perfectly for optimal protection.

EPP is 100% recyclable and can be reused as raw material for new EPP in a closed loop that saves natural resources, minimize waste, lowers CO2 emissions and water use.

BioFoam

BioFoam consists of biopolymers made of organic materials (compost and vegetable waste) and has excellent insulation properties, insensitivity to moisture, high shock absorption and retains its shape even after heavy impact.

BioFoam is durable and can be used in both moulded parts and in (contour) cut products. This allows for a wide range of technical products and packaging solutions.

BioFoam products can be reused endlessly without a loss of quality and drastically reduces CO2 emissions. It’s biodegradable and can be industrially composted.
