Danish paper packaging specialist changes name to BEWI Cellpack

The Danish packaging company Honeycomb Cellpack A/S recently became part of BEWI Group, a leading European provider of packaging, components, and insulation solutions. Now the company changes its name to BEWI Cellpack A/S. 

BEWI Cellpack is a well renowned producer of customized, sustainable paper packaging with a honeycomb cell structure, that makes it both strong and light.
“BEWI Cellpack’s solutions are a perfect match with BEWI’s vision to protect people and goods for a better everyday. Just like us, they strive to provide solutions that are produced and consumed with a minimized footprint while leading the change towards a circular economy. I’m very pleased that they are now an integral part of our company,” says Karl Erik Olesen, managing director, BEWI Denmark.
“Our packaging solutions are paper based, which means that they are 100 per cent recyclable and 100 per cent biodegradable and can be used both complementary and alternative to BEWI’s solutions,” says Thomas J. Bladt, managing director of BEWI Cellpack.
BEWI Cellpack is specialized in die-cut packaging and supplies a wide range of customers with shock-absorbing transport solutions. The company develops custom-made solutions, for optimal protection of for example pumps, valves, furniture, electronics, glass, bottles, and other fragile products.
