Heated floor boards

Moulded EPS panels for radiant underfloor heating

Moulded EPS panels for radiant underfloor heating (EPS 200 G5 NEO and EPS 200 G7 NEO) allows for a quick, convenient and error-proof heated floor system installation. We only use BASF Neopor raw materials to make these boards, which by itself means they will have excellent thermal insulation and mechanical properties. With a minimum amount of insulation, the board will be able to achieve maximum thermal resistance. Our boards for underfloor radiant heating have special gaps for pipes with 16 mm and 18 mm thickness. Formed diagonal ridges across the board lift the piping from the board surface, thus allowing concrete to encapsulate the tubing from all sides. These boards are especially relevant when a customer wants limited thermal insulation layer thickness or does not want to overload the floor.
