Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by BEWi ASA (the “Company”) earlier today regarding the successful completion of an initial public offering of 895,774 new shares (the “Offering”) consisting of a retail offering (the “Retail Offering”) and an employee offering (the “Employee Offering”), raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 17 million.

In the Employee Offering, the upper limit per application was NOK 100,000, equivalent to 5,952 shares at the subscription price of NOK 16.80 per share. The following primary insiders of BEWi have all subscribed for the maximum allowed amount in the Employee Offering:

Chief Financial Officer, Marie Danielsson, has subscribed for a total of 5,952 shares in the Employee Offering. Following completion of the Offering, she holds 180,952 shares and 250,000 share options.

Chief Operating Officer, Jonas Siljeskär, has subscribed for a total of 5,952 shares in the Employee Offering. Following completion of the Offering, he holds 99,702 shares and 250,000 share options.

General Counsel, secretary to the Board, Petra Brantmark, has subscribed for a total of 5,952 shares in the Employee Offering. Following completion of the Offering, she holds 5,952 shares and 125,000 share options.

Director of Business development, Martin Bekken, has subscribed for a total of 5,952 shares in the Employee Offering. Following completion of the Offering, he holds 99,702 shares and 125,000 share options.

Business development, Karl Erik Bekken, has subscribed for a total of 5,952 shares in the Employee Offering. Following completion of the Offering, he holds 5,952 shares and 125,000 share options. In addition, Karl Erik Bekken is a member of the Bekken family, who owns a total of 85,939,920 shares in BEWi ASA, through their investment companies Frøya Invest AS (57.04 per cent), KMC Family AS (1.54 per cent) and Bekken Invest AS (1.12 per cent).

Director of IR and Communications, Charlotte Knudsen, has subscribed for a total of 5,952 shares in the Employee Offering, and a total of 729 shares in the Retail Offering, at a subscription price of NOK 21.00 per share. Following completion of the Offering, she holds 6,681 shares and 125,000 share options.

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Gunnar Syvertsen, has subscribed for a total of 5,952 shares in the Employee Offering and a total of 729 shares in the Retail Offering, at a subscription price of NOK 21.00 per share. Following completion of the Offering, he holds 317,559 shares, of which 167,559 are held through GIS AS.

Member of the Board of Directors, Kristina Schauman, has subscribed for a total of 5,952 shares in the Employee Offering. Following completion of the Offering, she holds 193,452 shares through Calea AB.
